Newly Renovated December 2019 - All New Stainless Steel Appliances, Cabinets, Countertops, Wall Art, Paint, TV.
Large, 1,100 SF condo with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 1st floor of The Nordic Inn. 1st floor unit offers parking directly in front of the unit, with access from the parking lot. This eliminates the hassle of having to enter through the lobby and and walk a distance through hallways to the unit.
The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with a full, private bathroom with a new 32" flat screen TV.
The Second Bedroom features two full-size beds, a large flat screen TV, and a full bathroom.
The Living Room features a large flat screen TV with cable TV, a gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a large, walk-out balcony.
There is a full kitchen with a dining area that seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the eat-in bar.

Located in the heart of the White Mountains, there is easy access to downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, golfing, fishing, biking, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, leaf watching, canoeing, tubing, swimming holes, and fishing.
The complex offers resort style amenities including indoor (heated) and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a Health Club with weights and cardio equipment, locker rooms with showers, an indoor racquet ball court, 3 dry saunas, an on-site laundry facility, an outdoor BBQ area, and a game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, air hockey and video games. All of this is located within the Nordic inn, and there is NO RESORT FEE to use the amenities. They are available free to my guests. The unit also offers free high-speed Wi-Fi.
A free ski shuttle to Loon Mountain runs every day except for Tuesday and Wednesday, and secure ski storage lockers are in the building. Discounted ski tickets are available for many of the local ski areas.
Located on the scenic Kancamagus Highway and just 1 mile off Exit 32 on I-93. The property is in the center of the town of Lincoln, and is within walking distance of dining, pubs, entertainment, swimming holes, hiking, and biking trails. Only a short drive away is skiing (Loon Mountain - 1.5 miles, Cannon Mountain - 10 minutes), the Lost River Gorge, Clark's Trading Post (bear shows, steam locomotive, museums, circus acts, etc.) Whale's Tale Water Park, zip lines, hiking, and other activities. Mount Washington, Santa's Village, and Story Land are less than an hour away.
Rental includes bed linens and bath towels. We recommend that swimmers using the pools bring beach towels as pool towels are not provided.
The unit is professionally cleaned.
I am sorry but pets are not allowed due to association rules.
A 9% New Hampshire lodging tax is added to all rates.
The refundable security deposit is $250.

Summary: We stayed and skied mid-week. We did not use the shuttle but the mountain is very close to both entrances. The condo was very clean, close to town and great communication with the owner. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Only minor negs were the flat pillows & slow internet. Thanks!

Summary: Very clean and kitchen nicely stocked with cooking utensils. Carpet needs to be replaced as well as pillows. There were extra pillows but not extra pillow cases. None of us were able to connect to the WiFi which was very inconvenient and disappointing. Check in was easy and seamless using code that was provided. Don’t know why check out had to be 10:00 when the resorts checkout was11:00. We all loved the pool and hot tub after a long day, and the kids loved the game room. All in all, enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Excellent location across from Loon with shuttle pickup, nice pool/jacuzzi area to relax your legs after a day on the mountain. Host is very informative and responsive, place was immaculate. Very satisfied and would love to stay again!

Summary: Great location! Minutes from Loon Mountain and all the restaurants/shops in Lincoln. Clean place with comfortable two bedrooms. Kids loved the indoor pool and the arcade. The fireplace was a nice treat after a day of skiing. Kitchen was clean and had all basic amenities. The internet was a little spotty but otherwise an overall fantastic place to stay.

Summary: We loved everything about the condo. It had everything you need. I will say it does need a large bowl for mixing and a larger pan for cooking bacon. The beds were not very comfortable for us (hard) but it was still very nice and great location on first floor!

Summary: Everything was as stated in the listing. Great location. Host gave great instructions for arrival, made sure we were able to get in, left number if we had a problem, and gave perfect leaving instructions. Accommodations were spotless.
