Positive: It was very well appointed, tastefully done with finishes and fixtures. The wine, water, breakfast, pizza, coffees, creamer all were unexpected added bonuses. Had a very personable touch and even a bonus basket in the bathroom for things might forgotten. Beautiful, convenient location! I would definitely stay again. Maybe in September.
Negative: The bed was harder than my liking, but that's a personal preference.
Summary: Pleasant, inviting and personable space.

Positive: Beautiful setting, roomy, clean, well stocked with drinks and snacks. Friendly hosts.
Negative: Since it is under the main house it can be a little noisy with the pitter patter of little feet in the morning. Otherwise pretty quiet. About a 25 minute drive into Charlottesville.
Summary: Everything was as described in the listing plus a few extras. Would stay again.

Positive: Loved the place itself. Very clean and organized.
Negative: The bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a cardboard box. The tv was for use with a Apple box. Could not get any local channels to watch the news. All other channels you had to pay for. This was not told to us in the listing. We would have found another rental if we knew.
Summary: It was ok, but nothing to do in the evening.
