Positive: Well furnished, large flat. It has a nice balcony, and is very quiet. There were coffee capsules and water in the fridge when we arrived. Easy to get there and easy to get the key from a lock box.
Negative: Close to the centre but the area is a bit rough - the good price for this kind of flat is maybe because of this. There was no hand soap anywhere.

Negative: The location seemed a bit dodgy, especially arriving late in the evening. However, we had no issues during our 4 day stay

Positive: Good location away from main tourist area. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Easy access to the metro and train stations. The layout with the toilet on one end of the apartment and the shower on the other end was odd but not a deal breaker.
Negative: I did get help for getting the heat and hot water turned on. All other questions were ignored. I'd read they had great communication so this was a surprise. Other minor issues is that there was plenty of shampoo but there was no soap/body wash. My guess is that the other apartments they have probably are missing some shampoo LOL
Summary: It was a good location and a reasonable apartment. I'd give it a B/B- grade

Negative: The tram in that route does not work, so each time to get to the city, it needs 15 mins of walking uphill. We really struggled to get there with luggage’s and it needs a climb uphill and makes you tired. The nearest metro station is Helleport, and that station is poorly maintained, smells of urine everywhere. Not a great location overall.

Positive: The apartment looks new and is well located, close to the train station (Gare Midi). It is a big and comfortable apartment with everything required for a short stay. The coffee and coffe machine are a plus, very appreciated ! Easy checking and checkout.
Negative: It is a little bit noisy due to the tramway and neighborhood, mainly for the ones that will sleep in the living room, that is also very enlighted.

Positive: Property is in good location and there are no issues safety wise if you are travelling with family. The house was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos and the check-in instructions were very clear. Metro station is not too far away and there is a tram station just outside the property. Overall very good experience.

Positive: The apartment looks exactly as it did in the photos. It was large and airy and would be good for a longer stay than we needed. The bed was good and the bathroom too. Separate toilet was useful. Elevator outside was handy. Key code was easy to use for pick up and drop off of keys. Internet was good. Was very quiet. The location was walking distance to the Brussel-Midi train station; our destination. The centre of Brussels is a 40 min walk through interesting neighborhoods. We loved the Turkish bakery down the street. There was a large garage where I believe you could park bikes if you had them.
Negative: The sheets on the bed had holes in the corners although they were clean. There were only limited supply of coffee pods (4) for two days and several teabags but no other amenities. (two bottles of water in empty frig). The railing near the elevator was unsafe and the railing in the shower was loose. The balcony table still had cigarettes butt in the ashtray. The television only had French speaking stations (or I was unable to change it-instructions would have be useful.) The neighbourhood is a bit run down.
