Positive: Location excellent for cbd and amenities,airport and 15mins easy drive to Saxton field for sports. Loved the extra little touches from host eg whole packet of chocolate biscuits! Had whole property to ourselves and was lovely and warm with heat pump. Communication very easy with host and happy to help if needed.
Negative: No sky tv.

Positive: It was exactly as per the photos and more. Comfortable, stylishly furnished and lots of little extras, biscuits and mini marshmallows to accompany your hot chocolate and if you fancy an indulgent hot soak with a face mask, listening to you favourite tunes via a rubber duck Bluetooth speaker then that was an option too. The host really went above and beyond with personal touches to make our stay special. The location was superb, a short walk into town, highly recommend Hawker House for dinner and cocktails and Urban Oyster Bar for juicy plump oysters.

Positive: The house was well set up. The location to the town centre was walkable & with no hills, which is a bonus in Nelson. The neighborhood felt safe & was quiet. Contact with host was easy & replies always quick. We unfortunately hit very wet days but if the sun had been shining, the outdoor areas would have been a pleasant setting.
Negative: We were two couples & although the bathroom & toilet had their own adjoining spaces, a screen or something similar at bathroom entrance would mean the person showering/tubing had their privacy & the toilet could still be accessed. Definitely not a deal breaker & it wouldn't put me off staying again.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place, the host was thoughtful and took a lot of care in making sure that we and our baby had everything we needed. From sleeping cots to baby bathtubs and all kinds of toys. Deb even left us with a small welcome goodie, my partner enjoyed that. Thank you Deb for being use an amazing host, we would really recommend this place to anyone that want to stay in Nelson. The property is also just a short walk away to the city.

Positive: It was comfortable, clean and very beautifully renovated! Deb had left an amazing information booklet about the property and what to do in Nelson. There were little touches that made it cosy- blankets etc and treats for us! Quiet private location! Close to the city and amenities. Everything was amazing!
