Situated in the heart of 30A just a 6-minute walk from the sparkling sugar sand beaches of the Florida Panhandle, this beautiful beach bungalow is the perfect place to stay for your next beach vacation. From the moment you walk in you know you’re in for a relaxing time at the beach!
Located just west of Blue Mountain Beach, and Just east of Gulf Place, at the Gulf View Heights Beach Access.
You’ll find plenty of parking right in front of the house when you drive up. Easy access to the front door.
The huge screened porch provides a bug-free and relaxing place to sit and dine al fresco while enjoying the private nature of the property. The zen garden with paths and corn hole game is just one the other side of the screen. The pavered front patio lets you hang with the cook as you BBQ on the Weber.
You’ll love relaxing on the luxurious furnishings after a day at the beach. The living area is appointed with comfortable seating and includes a 55” SMART TV with high-speed internet for all your streaming content.
The FULLY equipped new kitchen is bright and cheery and stocked with all the essentials you will need for cooking, grilling, and entertaining! Enjoy meals in the dining area or out on the porch.
There are two Queen size bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, plus 2 foam floor mattresses for small children to accommodate up to 6* guests comfortably. We furnish the house with luxury sheets and towels and super-comfortable mattresses so you’ll rest well on vacation. High-capacity full-sized washer and dryer available for your use while you stay.

This is the quintessential Florida Beach Bungalow, in an ideal Florida Beach Town: laid back, comfortable, cool, with everything you need. With the bikes provided, take a short bike ride to area favorites like Shunk Gulley, Goat Feathers, and The Perfect Pig! Gulf Place Town Center shops are a short walk or an even shorter bike ride.

Located just .5 miles, or 7 blocks from the sand, Kick Ash Beach Bungalow is a peaceful and comfortable place to stay while being super close to the water. No crowded condo buildings, plenty of elbow room, quiet when you want it, and close to the beach and happening 30A spots when it’s time to celebrate!
On the way to the beach, you pass Reef Beach Services & Rentals ice cream shop and beach rental where you can get any extra beach gear or toys for your stay. Goat Feathers restaurant and seafood market is on the opposite corner if you like to cook your own seafood or make your own sushi. A few hundred yards in either direction on 30A you’ll find more restaurants, shops, bars, and galleries. There are walking and riding trails along 30A and a nature trail, the Long Leaf Pine Trailhead is a 2-minute walk away from Kick Ash Beach Bungalow, for birding, hiking or mountain biking.
Golf courses are nearby as well.
The Gulfview Heights Beach Access offers bathrooms, picnic tables, seasonal lifeguards, and an access/ramp (perfect for strollers, wagons, and coolers).
The bungalow has high-speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and smart television.
