Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence with amazing ocean views from the south side of the building. Residence 1108 has great sleeping arrangements, helping to ensure a comfortable stay. Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen with a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and granite countertops.Amenities include:private beach with lounge chair & umbrella service, the beachfront infinity-edge pool, hot tub, children's pool, BBQ grills, fitness center, saunas, and game room! Additionally, there is on-site management and security throughout the summer months.
Please note there is a new desk and chair in both the master and second bedroom, also there is now a full-height golden mirror in the master bedroom!The screen door in the living room was rescreened, and there are also two new twin mattresses.
Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day contingent on The Grand management.

Summary: Loved everything except the new wrist bands. Having to wear that for the entirety of our stay during sleep, showers, evenings out, etc was not comfortable. Please go back to the regular bands. Ryan did a great job of helping secure the unit for vacation, keeping in contact and resolving a key fob issue during our stay. Thanks Ryan!!

Summary: Just that owners should be maintaining their property a little better in some units. The Grand is very expensive and for people like myself a lot of effort is required to make a vacation spot like the Grand happen. Working with Ricky and Mike was easy. All questions were answered clearly. Email response was very good.

Summary: I think The Grand did a wonderful job in this time of COVID-19. The maintenance staff was constantly cleaning, everyone seemed to comply with the rules. I am especially thankful that we were able to use the pool. That was a concern earlier in the season, wether it would open. My granddaughters were so looking forward to using it, and I’m happy that the HOA figured out a way for us to use it and feel safe. The pool attendants were very responsible about their jobs and the pool experience was wonderful. Also, the beach staff was wonderful to my 95 year old mother. Thaey brought her to and from the beach and they were all so kind! Ricky was very helpful and responsive. Addressed concerns and was very easy to get in touch with.
