Positive: Calm area, clean and well maintained flat, friendly personnel. The beach is a few minutes walk, there is a small shop open (even in September) nearby where you can buy basic food and bakery. On the ground floor there is a kids area with plenty of toys. The area is calmer than Rimini itself. Will definitely visit again.
