Positive: Great location, easy to get to all major Paris landmarks, metro is nearby. Lots of cool cafes, bars and shops nearby. clean apartment. Comfortable kitchen with everything you'd need for cooking etc. Recommended!
Negative: The ventilation in the bathroom is a bit noisy but it'd didn't spoil my stay there in any way.
Summary: All good! I'd recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Paris.

Positive: location is great, the apartment has everything a traveler need - hot water, small and clean kitchen, clean beds, small living room (very hard to find in the area).
Negative: wifi didnt work (i guess it is temporary) and the apartment need some loving hand to redecorate. no elevator (2nd floor) and some small other things that can bring this appt to a different level. but nothing that we couldn't live with.

Negative: Hair dryer didn’t work and the ventilator in the bathroom was a bit noisy, but these were minor issues.

Negative: The apartment is quite small but acceptable. Cleanliness could be much better — there was a lot of dust and dirt. The first night someone in the building was smoking, and the smell came strongly into the bathroom and didn’t go away for next nights. My message to the service on WhatsApp was ignored. The noise from the street was also very noticeable.
Summary: Okay for a short stay, but not comfortable for more than a couple of nights

Positive: Fantastic location and the apartment was in a classic old French building - lovely! Shops and restaurants literally on the street outside, which was great.
Negative: As it was an old building - remember you need to climb 62 stairs with bags to access. This was OK for us, but might not be for everyone. Would be crowded to have more than 3 in the apartment.
