Positive: Affordable. Close to public transit and many restaurants. Liked the large, functional fridge and sink. Liked the functional bathroom. Liked that the sheets and towels were very clean. I liked that there were no signs of bug infestations. We liked the helpful and ever polite reception staff.

Negative: Below military standard but likely up to student/university standard (furniture, simple and easy to replace... not made to be comfortable or inviting). Understandably, there are no utensils in the kitchenette (the students would have taken them). The pillows are awful (bring your own). We were warned by email that the building is undergoing renovations... so there will be a lot of construction and walls/floors in need of repair as it is a dormitory being renovated.
