Positive: It was very quiet and great price. Smelled clean

Negative: The air conditioning could have been cooler. The thermostat was locked so we could not adjust. Carpet was stained and floor in bathroom . Someone did a poor patch job in some areas of the drywall. Bed was not very comfortable.

Positive: This is really good value for money. The rooms are reasonably priced and ours came with a kitchenette and 2 separate bedrooms. It is a university dormitory so would be a good place to set up and work or do a project.

Negative: The price was reasonable and I can't complain AT ALL. I guess the only thing I would want guests to know is that if they want to use the kitchenette they need to have their own kitchen supplies (dishes, pots, pans etc.)

Summary: Inexpensive & spacious dormitory space!

Positive: Great location on the northwest edge of the city, closer to great hiking trails, waterfall, nature, and a nearby shopping and eateries mall, though it is not in the centre of the city. The rooms and kitchen are spacious, though basic.

Negative: Kitchen should have some basic pots and pans and utensils to use for cooking. Only bare kitchen is provided. That means you have to carry all kitchen utensils. Also there is no microwave, which could be handy to warm purchased food.

Summary: Great staying place with great value for money.
