Summary: Clean, nicely decorated for the holidays, good was good, room was spacious and clean, staff wasn't as nice or helpful, i had an issue with my reservation needing to be changed and the staff was not helpful at all, like they didn't care to help, lost a few hundred dollars due to a minor issue they could have resolved for me

Summary: There are "several other options" for a hotel in the direct area. Wish I would've known. The price we paid was high vs the quality received. It is very outdated. Our room smelled musty and like a prior guest was a heavy smoker. Furniture in the room was worn, ripped & outdated. Bed / Linens were mediocre at best. Bathroom was also very dated. It was clean.

Summary: Comfortable bed. Clean room. Good value. Pleasant staff. Weather was really cold and the heat/AC did a decent job but was noisy and blew directly on the bed.

Summary: All in all was good "after check-in" I was told a couple days prior I would get a "call" about early check-in and I did not. I called day of and they said you will get an email-I did not. When I called after they told me that my room "would probably be ready (about an hour and half after) I was told "yes we sent that email your room is ready-maybe there is something wrong with your emai/phone". I was ok with the regular check-in if needed however the information I was given was not what happened and it made planning a bit more difficult. Otherwise stay and room was nice
