Positive: Cosy stay. Room was comfy and well designed with a kitchen cabinet with sufficient cutlery, small seating area and spacious bathroom. Underground parking was spacious and two supermarkets and pharmacy available in the same building.
Negative: Breakfast was limited. Having a washing machine in the room would have been a plus. Sound insulation could have been better though it was not a major problem during our stay as during sleep hours it was quiet. Need a car or train to get to city center.

Positive: The staff are very helpful and friendly. They offer free water, ice, and juice daily, and there's a coffee machine in the lobby. The room is also clean & spacious with the kitchenette. Plus, there are three supermarkets right below the hotel: Rewe, Lidl, and an Asian supermarket, as well as a dm.
Negative: The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but you can get there easily by taking the metro, as the station is only a 5-minute walk away. However, the breakfast menu is limited & the same every day!

Positive: First of all they upgraded our room so there was a little kitchen corner. It was nice to be able to use the microwave and have plates and be able to was them. There were also a stove and a dishwasher, but we didn’t use them. We were very happy to be able to use the laundry room, the receptionist can sell two pieces of soap (2€) and the special coins (4€ each). The room and the bathroom were very spacious. The bed was quite comfortable with a choice of pillows. The hotel is very close to the train station and public transportation. It’s also a ~35 min walk from the center. There are various restaurants nearby. We had a nice chat with one girl from the reception.
Negative: For the size of the hotel I think the breakfast area could be organized better (smaller chairs for example to take up less space and more places to sit in general) and more breakfast options + more staff to refill and clean. We had some difficulty finding a clean table to sit and have our breakfast in peace with people passing and had to wait for some breakfast options/or even plates and glasses as things were finished at the same time. Not really the hotel’s fault and maybe our own ignorance - on our way to the hotel from another city we discovered that our car (registered abroad) needed to have a special sticker to enter the Munich low emission zone. This sticker apparently was supposed to be bought online to be sent home via post or acquired in one of those places where they check the maintenance level. Being as it was the 15th of August, a public holiday, all the places to get the sticker right away were closed. We had to park our car a 20 min walk from the hotel (thankfully it cost €2,29 with the service fee for 24h so in the end we paid less than we would have paid parking at the hotel). But there was another parking lot for the same cost nearer, always in the low emissions zone. We would have preferred leaving the car closer. Anyway, would have appreciated a heads up on this matter from the hotel as it really didn’t come to mind that this kind of situation would present itself. We did call the hotel in advance to see what they would suggest - we were told to park near a train station outside the city and take the train to the Ostbahnhof, but this didn’t seem like a very good option as we didn’t want to leave the car somewhere where we could not have checked it, for multiple days.
