Positive: Room was spacious but a very cozy feeling , nice kitchen and couch the kitchen had all the accessories u needed for your meals . Lots of space !
Negative: The room wasnt cold like u usually would have in hotels . The sun beamed through the curtains even with the a/c set at 59 it stayed at 72 . And the location- lots of construction all around couldnt find anywhere to park to go check in .
Summary: Nice room , just a few dislikes but would stay again.

Positive: I enjoyed my stay at the residence inn , the location was excellent, I thought the parking fee was a little expensive . The room was clean, the bed was a little soft for me.
Negative: The mattress needs to be upgraded.

Negative: We stayed for 3 nights. They said that they only clean room every other day, but that was not inform upon arrival. When they were suppose to clean, I told them at front desk to please come and clean the room and give us fresh towel. The front desk personal call in front of me. After a long day we came back and the room was not clean and not even fresh towel. I went down and claim them that we are paying customers and that it was not fair. I was pretty upset. I told them that o was going to get a nap and that o was going out by 8pm, and ask them to clean the room and give us fresh towel when we left. I went back to my room , and the manager at that time called to apologize but that she was not accept my way of speaking to their staff. I never scream or said nothing bad to the their staff,‘I did told them that I am a paying customer and that need to be done no matter what and yes I was angry (but never disrespectful). They say yes and when we got back at almost 3am in the morning…THE ROOM WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS DAY 1.

Positive: The room itself is large and has a full fridge which is handy. They let us store our bags before check in.
Negative: If you like sleeping in relative quiet, avoid this place like the plague. We stayed on the 3rd floor on a Saturday night and heard revving and burnouts all night long. The walls and windows are paper thin. The male staff member when we checked in was rude. The gym was under renovation and the breakfast was not as good as the ones at Residence Inns usually are.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Staff were all very nice and helpful if needed. Beds were soooo comfortable. Spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was perfect! Even had cold brew! Parking was convenient and easy.
Negative: Parking was expensive and should be included. Or at least not as expensive.
