Negative: I wish there was some mouthwash and the shower head was not great. Also tub was somewhat slippery.

Positive: It was a comfortable stay and located very centrally. I was able to walk pretty much anywhere I needed to go
Negative: The kitchen was fine but necessarily functional enough to cook simple meals.

Positive: Location was great, front desk gentleman was very nice, breakfast was excellent, and room was spacious.
Negative: Our room could definitely use some updating. Phone didn’t work, so when we needed toilet paper we had to go to front desk for it. Maid service consisted of 2 towels that looked old and worn out for a 4 person room. Beds were not made which was not a big deal. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall, so it didn’t hold the paper. Flooring in bathroom was peeling off the wall, tub looked rusty. Only one elevator in service.
Summary: Great location, great breakfast. Staff was friendly, but could use some updating

Positive: The front office staff was phenomenal. They were always smiling and very welcoming. As a general manager of a hotel, it was great to see all of the team looking professional and making sure the guests felt appreciated.
Negative: The parking garage is very inconvenient. Also, I had to reclean my toilet at checkin.
