Summary: We frequently stay at The Residence Inn by Marriott in different locations, because of the two bedroom suite available. Comparing this hotel to this same hotel in other locations, this one would get below average marks. It seems old, and is showing major signs of its age. We had to change rooms, because our air conditioning didn’t work. It just wasn’t as nice as this exact same hotel in other locations. But they had convenient and good coffee in the lobby, and this hotel met all of our needs for our stay. However, it was expensive.

Summary: Spacious suite, all the amenities of a kitchen, lounge area, work space, sleep area and bathroom. Excellent floor plan. Terrific breakfast. I used the gym, but saw many in the pool and hot tub daily.

Summary: The sofa bed had a previous guests sheets on it. With a pair of childs dirty socks. Some trash under the sofa bed. The main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub which was out of order for maintenance. Also having to pay for parking because its not included in room rate is absurd. The wall in the breakfast area over the bread station had dust and cobwebs visibly hanging.

Summary: Kyle was great, very friendly and helpful! The bed was hard as a rock, the pull out couch was horrendous. The couch was so deformed even with the bed closed up you could visibly see the cushions slouching. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out couch even though there were 3 of us listed on the reservation. Breakfast was nice with plenty options.

Summary: Staff were very kind and helpful. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast has a good amount of variety and was replenished frequently. The 24/7 complimentary tea and coffee service in the lobby was a nice bonus. I also enjoyed the small gym and cold filtered water. Only complaint I had was of the 3 days I spent here, 2 of them had the pool and hot tub completely shut down for cleaning. I was looking forward to it given I stayed during a winter snow storm and had limited options outdoors to enjoy.

Summary: Everything was wonderful the only thing that I didn’t like is that I requested a king size bed and I got a queen size other then that it was wonderful

Summary: Tough pancakes, scrambled eggs dense and dry. Turkey sausage is not a commonly liked breakfast meat, at least not for it to be the only meat offered. It didn’t taste good. I did like the jalepeno egg muffin thing.

Summary: I highly suggest people avoid booking a reservation at this hotel. There are so many options and many under the Marriott brand that are nearby and 150 times better. This is an old dump. Fireplaces do not work. Heat take hours to heat up room. Fridge was junk. Bathroom looked like it was last done in 1974. Awful hotel especially if you have been and are experiencing the usual “residence Imm” or “Marriott” experience and reliability. This hotel should’ve sold by Marriott, this is more of a holiday inn or best western level. Very disappointed and will never sta again.
