Positive: Best part of our experience was being able to check in early after having an early flight arrival to Seattle. The hotel is in a great location for accessing Bellevue, Redmond and Seattle and is in a quiet neighborhood. Our room provided ample space and was clean. My son used the gym which was small but sufficient. We only stayed one night and the weather was bad so didn't get to use the pool nor have breakfast so can't comment on that. Parking was ample. For the price, would stay again.
Negative: The plastic covered couch wasn't ideal and the bathrooms were dated (but we appreciated having two). Having an upstairs room wasn't ideal as we had a lot of luggage and it was two flights of stairs to the room. There was a very stale, unpleasant smell to the room. Outside of our room there were some dirty rags and trash left behind which were there the duration of our stay.
Summary: Good value and location, could use some improvements with bathrooms in room

Positive: Location was perfect, it was near everything we needed. Breakfast was good, the hotel was nice and clean, we loved the outdoor area with the basketball court.

Positive: The staff was very helpful, breakfast was okay, not super great, but okay.
Negative: There were people smoking on the premises. It was very uncomfortable with kids. The heater was uncomfortably hot on the top floor. No way to turn on only the fan without heater.
