Positive: The Room was very clean, even the kitchen was extraordinary. The room was well-sized and felt big, beautiful and also nicely sized bathroom. Good curtains to keep the light out, noise from the street blocked out due to very good windows. Bed very comfy. Would stay there again if not for the doors (see below).
Negative: There is one big let down (which many - especially newer - hotels share, but many do something about it): The room doors are heavy due to fire protection regulations and automatically fall shut. But they SLAM shut if people don't use their hands to stop the weight (and many are not considerate or don't think about it). My bed shook (!) when the neighbors let the door fall shut. Imagine a baby being next door, it would wake up immediately. It is WAY TOO LOUD. Even the doors not directly next to the room are still too loud when not shut with consideration. The hotel should consider putting some sound absorbing strips to the doors or put up signs asking people to use their hands to close the door softly so to not shake the neighbors bed. Architects and door makers for hotels: Do you not want to sleep when staying in a hotel? Yes, fire safety is important. But please design that stuff so that the guests are able to sleep! THANK YOU!

Positive: The hotel is well placed for the European parliament, the town centre is reasonably accessible by tram. The breakfast was included in the booking and there was enough time not to be rushed in the morning.
Negative: There is (still) quite some construction work in the immediate neighbourhood, with a bit of luck things will be nicer in a year or two. There was a certain choice at the breakfast buffet, but I did not spot any bio or fair trade products. Maybe they were there, but then incognito.
Summary: Friendly staff, competitive price, breakfast included and easily accessible by public transport.

Positive: Brand new hotel, actually two hotels sharing the same building. Standard business **** in a good area just a few hundred meters from EU Parliament. Easy to get to the historical center either by tram or it takes about thirty minutes of walk through very nice area Breakfast was above usual standard of similar establishments. Very quiet area, only one quarter of rooms are facing a street and not particularly busy one, others are facing commercial buildings, which are empty evenings and nights or quiet residential area across the park.
Negative: AC in the room could have been stronger, luckily I was there in May and not in summer months. Check-in little confusing as the reception for this hotel is marked only as the reception for the other hotel sharing the premises.

Positive: Value for the price. Comfort. Wooden like floor (no dusty carpet). Did not use the kitchen but was happy to fill the fridge with soft drinks.
Negative: Not many English speaking channels on the TV set. No YouTube app on the TV set. Good breakfast but limited (no cooked tomatoes, no mushroom ... no conveyor toaster - it's too awkward to wait beside a normal toaster)
Summary: Excellent stay. Friendly and polite staff. Good location. Great value for the price.
