Summary: Staff was kinda rude. Unexpected parking fee. We are in Waldorf. We are not in a city with no parking. 12 dollars a night is crazy

Summary: The floors were so dirty in our room that after just two minutes of crawling around my baby girl’s knees were literally black. So the cleanliness was poor.

Summary: I love the hotel. Just wish they had 2 Elevators. Better pillows and bed they were too hard. Need softer pillows and bed. Felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. Also they need to let the 3rd party know you have to pay for parking. Didn’t know we had to pay for parking until I got there. It’s 12.00 a day for parking and if they are going to charge for parking they need bigger parking lot. Hard trying to find parking if you come in anfter 10 or 11:00. Other than that the hotel was great. Loved the room. Didn’t try the breakfast because we didn’t have time.

Summary: The sofa needs to be replaced. Didn't get the room serviced in the 7 days we stayed. Not sure how that was suppose to work. Chairs were to low for a elderly person. I smelled weed on my floor. The service carts need to be replaced. The elevator did not have air.

Summary: The room looked and smelled clean, but the floor of my room was very sticky and unpleasant to walk on. This made me feel like the cleanliness of the room was superficial. We stayed for two nights and our room received no housekeeping attention during our stay. The AC unit was extremely loud and made it very hard to get a restful sleep. We choose this place because of the pet-friendly policy. We decided not to travel with our cats but the hotel didn't smell like a veterinary office.

Summary: The WiFi was not good at all not many channel options besides sports channels and Cinemax movies.. Dennis at the front desk was very kind and nice very welcoming smile. The place was clean and quiet food options in the morning was not good . I would stay again it’s a lot of food choices outside the hotel everything is very close

Summary: The room felt absolutely disgusting even after I disinfectant spray and wipes, there were multiple things broken in the room, the breakfast was not good at all besides the coffee. And to top it off, the reception gave me a “complimentary upgrade” but after checking out I received my bill and was charged over $200 more than my quoted price.
