Summary: Our stay was great. The only problem that I didn’t like was that one of the bathrooms were basically a stand up shower and it would go all into the floor soaking the entire bathroom floor.

Summary: Rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Could possibly update the doors in each room. It was difficult to close fully without straining hard and when traveling with toddlers/babies we found it hard to make naptime seamless.

Summary: Reservation was not reserve, rooms were sold out and we had no were to go at 1am in the morning. The clerk had to call the other property manager to get us a room. Thanks God they were next door to each other.

Summary: Very well-appointed and quiet, ease of check-in and receiving delivery of food from an outside source plus great coffee at breakfast and the breakfast helper was very responsive when something was needed!

Summary: The room is like a studio apartment. Big fridge with freezer, microwave, and stove. They also provide plates bowls cups and utensils. They are also pet friendly at an extra cost. Staff is great and pool is nice. The area is nice with the highway nearby. Ridge hill and cross county shopping centers are also nearby.

Summary: Nice property & amazing polite staff. 4 stars because I checked in on a Sunday for my sons birthday at check in time which is 3pm and the pool was closed. I do not think that is fair if you are only staying until check out the next morning. Then the following day on Monday the pool did not open until 5pm in the evening. I did not see this information listed anywhere and caused me a big inconvenience. I stood for two nights and only had approximately 4hrs pool time.

Summary: PROS: This property is beautiful. The suite was spacious, clean and very accommodating. The young lady at the check in counter was very professional, polished, and courteous. She was able to check us in before 3PM. We were also given complimentary water and snacks. I felt very welcome here. CONS: The view outside of our window was obstructed by building objects/pipes. A small portion of the parking lot was visible. So i moved my vehicle to that area. The heat kept cooling down once the desired temperature was reached, and blew out cool air.. but these were "minor" inconveniences.
