Negative: They didn’t have a real good area for pets to go to the restroom, it was all mulch,wood and rocks

Positive: Amenities like fitness center and free breakfast were really nice!
Negative: Housekeeping made up my room even though I didn't want them to. They were only supposed to replace towels on the floor but replaced them all - what happened to being eco friendly? Worst part: they threw my PJs on the nightstand to make up the bed. Should have just skipped my room. On the last night, I discovered my sheets weren't very clean and there was a dried blood spot (not me). 🤢

Positive: Breakfast was excellent and staff was friendly. Housekeeping dropped off an excessive amount of every towel. Thought that was interesting
Negative: The cleanliness of the pool was not good. The oscillating fans in the lobby(above the breakfast) were covered with dust. I let them know and she said they would clean it that day.
