Summary: A very nice, clean, comfortable suite. Service was amazing. Pool was nice and clean and breakfast was great as well. I will definitely stay here again with my family.

Summary: The area around the property was gorgeous. It was nice to walk around the pond with my baby and see the greenery. However, the office staff is rude and seems bothered with any questions. The breakfast that’s included is upstairs and they have no elevator to get up there (isn’t that illegal?!) so my disabled grandmother had to take 20 minutes to get up and down. The Residence Inn II didn’t charge for parking, but this one charged $19 PER NIGHT, PER CAR!! They also said that the deposit would be $300 simply because I was staying on a Saturday night and they have a strict “no party” rule. I was with my 80 year-old grandmother and my two children under 9. The pool towels weren’t stocked and the pullout couch had dried, crusty food underneath it from previous occupants. Overall it was ok, I’m just telling all the details that I may or may not want to know. The Residence Inn II was way better in my opinion!

Summary: Staff was very welcoming and pleasant, but room was not as updated and sparkling as i expected based on the reviews. Still a good experience overall and would stay again.

Summary: Nice little waterway to walk along but few amenities to walk to. We liked having a 2 bedroom suite, but the bed in the loft definitely needs to be replaced. The suites are older and need a good scrubbing.
