Positive: The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The owner was very kind, as well as the neighbours. The location is also very good for a hiking holiday.

Positive: Super friendly, responsive and flexible owner, who let us check-in earlier and gave recommendations; all the necessary facilities were there in the apartment; location was great - walking distance from the supermarket, not too far from Bormio city centre

Negative: Just a minor thing - the pillows were a bit uncomfortable

Positive: The location and the fact that it was very spacious.

Negative: We liked every thing. The photos do not do it justice. Massimo was fantastic. Our flight was cancelled and he waited up until very late for us. We were delayed by 2 days and he offered us 2 extra nights at no extra charge. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Positive: Very good value for money! Friendly owner, very helpful. Good location, not right in the city center but close enough to get there easily!

Negative: Kitchen could have been better equipped. Overall the living room was very large with little furniture so it could've looked better with a little more in it. However considering value for money however exceeding expectations.
