Positive: Location was good, easy to find and clean

Negative: Advertised A/C in the listing, however there was no A/C in the rooms. Luckily I was not there in the summer. Also the sauna is only open during operating hours, which is not the typical time most people want to go into a sauna.

Summary: Clean and quiet. Some amenities in the listing aren’t accessible however

Positive: The rooms were good size, with lots of storage and amenities. It had an iron and ironing board, hairdryer in addition to a small kitchenette. Beds were really comfy, rooms were great temperature and clean. Good location - 7-10 minute walk to the tram stop - very quiet and safe neighbourhood

Negative: There is a lot of stairs in the property. Even the lift only takes you so far before there are stairs to your room. Just be mindful if you’re not great on steps and/or have lots of bags. Kitchenette has a microwave and hotplate not an oven - this was fine for us, but don’t be expecting to cook a roast dinner! I have put photos of what was in our kitchen.

Positive: The staff were all very service orientated, the room was clean and smelled nice. With a small kitchen as well. They offer new towels and new coffee everyday. But you can also tell them that you don't need new towels. I made a mistake through booking.com were I without wanting to cancelled a non-refundable room, I ordered the same room again, and they helped me getting the payment back from booking.com. Thank you!
