Negative: the bed had no headboard up against a concert wall and only two thin pillows, not enough towels, no wash clothes and different level floors with metal strips at the thresholds that hurt bare feet. It was very hot and there was no air conditioning.

Positive: The apartment was very conveniently set up with all facilities available for a comfortable stay. The check in and out instructions were very clear and precise. Any inquiries were with proper urgent response by the host.
Negative: It would have been beneficial to have some soap in the bathroom as expected for such fine accommodations. The rest was perfect.

Positive: Apartment was well located right opposite the FIFA museum and 100m from Bahnhof Enge Train and Tram hub with easy connection into city centre and several supermarket s and restaurants within a minute walk. It was a lovely 10 -15 minute walk into the center via tha Arboretum and lakeside. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Negative: It would have got a 10 if there had been small touches like some tea/coffee/sugar sachets, and maybe some water/milk in the fridge upon arrival.

Positive: The organization of the space was fantastic, and the rooms were fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect—conveniently close to both the train and tram stations, and near the lake, which was a lovely bonus. The only downside was the smell in the apartment, which wasn’t very pleasant and impacted my overall experience. However, everything else was wonderful, and I would still recommend this place
Negative: The entire apartment had a smell which I did not like since the first moment I went there, it takes some minutes until you do not feel it anymore.

Positive: Location was perfect, it is located right by a main station and the connections to get around Zurich are brilliant. The host was really helpful and all the instructions were very clear. The flat was clean and tidy, I was really happy I chose to stay here.
Negative: It would be good to have had some coffee/tea & sugar in the apartment.

Positive: -Location is perfect. -Apartment was spacious and clean enough. -It had nearly all appliances to take care of your daily needs. -Host was attentive and helpful. Every instruction was clear and precise. -Fast internet.
Negative: -Nowhere to drop luggages before check-in. Zurich HB has paid lockers though. -The bed was really uncomfortable. -It was hard to take a shower because the curtain was touching you in that narrow bath tub. -A little cold at night.
