Positive: We were very happy with every aspect of this apartment., we had a couple of tiny issues that the company resolved immediately.

Negative: We were stung by mosquitos when we disposed of the rubbish in the basement , some anti insect spray would be needed.

Summary: Everything was great except for the mosquito bites!!!!

Negative: The hidden fees for basic necessities that other rentals automatically provide that are always free of charge. Ie. Sheets and towels, soap and toilet paper. That was highly unusual.

Summary: The unit was perfect size for my family and very clean and safe.
