Our Residence is located on the southern slope of Ortisei, in a quiet, sunny and relaxing location 10 minutes' walk from restaurants, bars and shops. In the immediate vicinity is the funicular from Raschötz (100m), and the orbit Seceda (400 m), which offer many hiking and skiing Bergsteig-. To offer our guests even more relaxation, our house has an indoor swimming pool and a small spa area with Finnish sauna, aroma shower, solarium and a relaxation room.

Summary: The property is wonderful. Great rooms; spacious and well equipped. Cesa Sassela also had a beautiful pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The staff (Barbara) was very helpful with advice and reservations, It is a bit of a longer walk back up the hill from the village, but we enjoyed the exercise, especially after a big meal. We really appreciated a great stay!!! We will be back again.

Summary: This rental is truly the best of all worlds. Its view is over a spectacular valley along with multiple mountains with gondolas etc. clearly visible and accessible during your stay. The decor and amenities are all tasteful, thoughtful and perfect. Barbara, the front desk receptionist is fabulous and helpful in countless ways and her English is excellent. She is the epitome of graciousness. The electronic blackout shades in the bedroom were a real plus. Thanks to her and her great staff!!

Summary: We were a mother and daughter staying at Casa Sassella in a one-bedroom unit. Barbara was able to answer any question we asked her. She recommended Restorante Trubladel in Ortisei. She even phoned to make a reservation for us. She helped us with bus connections in town. She explained how to get to the shopping area of Ortisei on foot. Accommodations were very clean. We particularly enjoyed the saunas, pool and outdoor hot tub. The views from our balcony and the hot tub were superb. My daughter’s comment was “I love the smell of pine when I go to sleep at night”. Highly recommend Casa Sassela.
