Positive: They offer you the option to take you to the beaches and for the first beach the transport is free; the staff are all very nice and kind; the apartment has all the basic stuff you need to stay a few days and the kitchen has the most important things to cook; you can put your clothes out to dry; the reception is 24 hours and there is free parking on the street; there are beautiful beaches all around.
Negative: The village is small, it's better for people who have a car; the price on booking said all the taxes were included but doing the check-in they charged us a city tax (tassa di soggiorno); the kitchen didn't have dish clothes and we had to buy detergent, sponge, oil, salt and condiments; it would be nice if they had a non-stick frying pan.

Positive: The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the local beach and there are a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The pool area was lovely and clean, with plenty of sun loungers for the guests.
Negative: The property lacks many of the basic amenities you would expect at a rental accomodation. To run the air conditioning incurs a cost of €10 per day, the apartment (which we rented as we could self cater) is not stocked with soap (hand, personal or dish), sponges, or tea towels. You are expected to remove your rubbish and place it in multiple separate bins (sorted by type) but are not provided the means to do so. Be aware that many of the apartments do not have a balcony, despite the pictures, rather a table is set up at the entrance to your apartment.
