Positive: Hosts Tommaso and his mother are incredibly welcoming, super helpfull and friendly people. This quiet and calm place is a true gem. The pool, the jacuzzi, the lovely garden with nice seats everywhere from where you can enjoy the beautiful views, the shade. The house has a lot of atmosphere and is renovated with love and passion. I recommended to include breakfast: the breakfast is delicious and an excellent start for the day, and served on a beautiful spot. We had the Andromeda appartment: big, clean, a functional bathroom, a kitchennette, airco, mosquito screens for the windows.

Negative: What is not to like at Residenza La Canonica? We loved and liked our stay there!

Summary: Tommaso is your guide. You can walk, cycle, visit villages, enjoy nature, the sea is nearby!

Positive: The property and the location are stunning. Peaceful spot immersed in the hills above Pesaro. The house is taken care of with attention to details and nice pieces of design. Tommaso and his mother are wonderful hosts and you can have Pizza Rossini for breakfast… A dream place!

Positive: It's the third time we've stayed at Paola and Tommaso, the Residenza la Canonica. For us, Paola and Tomasso are now a piece of Italian family! Always honest, warm, hospitable and helpful, especially within this day and age when a lot of things are done digitally and you don't have a physical contact person. The accommodation was, as always, very well maintained and is located in a place that offers an unforgettable view! We will definitely come back.

Positive: Thomaso and Paola ensured we felt like in home during entire stay. We could count on their personal recommendations for the travels around Pesaro. The place itself is super calm, relaxing and with stunning view around the hill where La Canonica is located. Having dinner with the view to the vine yards was remarkable. Pool and jacuzzi was a great to cool down during warm days we experienced:) Grazie mile Thomaso e Paola!

Negative: We could stay there longer :)

Summary: Truly remarkable stay with fantastic care! The only place to go in Pesaro area!

Positive: What a great find! We were looking for someplace where at least it wasn’t raining. But even it had, we’d probably still come to La Canonica! On top of a hill in the countryside from Pesaro, overlooking vineyards, and pittoresk country villages like Candelare and Novilare, we were stunned by the region’s beauty, but most of all the hospitality of the owners. Mother Paola and son Tommaso run this bnb with pizzazz, and hey, if you want to, pizzas. Their knowledge of the area, but also energy and enthusiasm will definitely give your holiday a little extra, if the charming house itself and the apartments don’t win you over already. The apartments are spacious with high ceilings and in style with the countryside surroundings. Although ours was the only one without a fitted kitchen, we did have peek inside two of neighbours’ and that looked pretty good. Tommaso also makes a great cappuccino and spritz aperol! The garden with swimming pool offers plenty of private space for everyone. And you may want to ask for a taste of their own label of wine. It’s delicious! PS: Pesaro city is only 10 minutes by car. I’d definitely recommend this one!
