Positive: Everything! Perfect position for train station and easy walk to lake. Lucia and Luca are great hosts and Luca serves a great cooked breakfast to the already ample servings of Lucia. Loved the stay and loved Lake Como.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The owners were incredibly kind, nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and thoughtfully adapted to individual dietary requirements (in my case, lactose intolerance). The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, with little lizards that were fun to watch during breakfast :) The location is also perfect, just 5 minutes from the train station and about 10 minutes from the lake and ferry station.
Negative: The only small thing is that the second room faces the street side, so when window is open, it can be a little noisy at night due to passing cars and bikes. But this is the price for a great location

Positive: Absolutely loved our stay! The room and facilities were stunning and exactly as described (also sparkling clean). The location is perfect, with the train station just across the road — we easily explored the lake by train and ferry, and scooters are available to hire on-site as well. You can really feel how much love and attention goes into running this Residenza. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and the hosts were always available with helpful recommendations and tips for things to do. We’d highly recommend staying here — we loved it so much.
