Summary: Room is reasonable for 2pax. Had a sea facing sunrise view. Breakfast is highly recommended. There is an Onsen fee. Property is under some sun membership and so was shouted at, denied and chased away from parking nearest to hotel. After some 30min negotiation, was granted a lot.

Summary: Very difficult to access the Hotel as there is no parking at the street entry level. The taxi dropped us off at the adjacent Hotel. The fact the Hotel does not have its name on the outside of the building adds to the confusion. The Hotel does offer a great view but the facility is tired and in need of a remodel. The staff however is excellent and made the stay more enjoyable. The internet photos do not represent the current condition of the Hotel.

Summary: Resorpia Atami was excellent. The staff were helpful and accommodating. They also provided a shuttle to the station. The view of the water was amazing. I usually take pictures of the front of the hotel where I stay, but this one was impossible because the lobby faced the water. Access to the main road was on the roof floor. The onsen is on the 5th floor, and it was too cold walking from my room to the end of the hallway to reach it. Overall, I had a great experience staying there, and I wish I could have stayed longer.
