Positive: Excellent location with beautiful views. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. We were cordially assisted with a slightly later checkout time.

Negative: Parking is in a public facility and requires you to settle it at the parking meter on a daily basis, so do not get caught out. Local police will fine you and they are exceptionally punctual in their appearance. No tea or coffee in the room despite the facilities to make it. Perhaps a nice addition going forward.

Negative: Hotel is squeezed between the lake and the main road, which gets busy starting at 7am. Some rooms will hear this more than others.

Positive: The resort offers stunning lakeside views. The apartment was quite spacious and well-furnished. I particularly enjoyed the small balcony with a table and two chairs, which was perfect for reading a book while watching the sunset.
