** 3 minutes to Downtown Dunedin, that offering open air markets, shops, restaurants and breweries. Jolley Trolley Bus stop is outside of the entrance.
** 10 minutes to honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island voted consistently as one of the top 10 beaches in the US.
** 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach (the exact time may vary on weekends and holidays). Clearwater Beach dazzles with impeccable beaches and inviting waters. Trip Advisor named it the nation's #1 beach in 2018.
** 20 minutes to the world renowned Tarpon Springs sponge docks, fabulous shops and restaurants.
** 15 minutes to the golf courses of Innisbrook Resort, home of the PGA Valspar Tournament.
**The Pinellas Trail is across the street from my place, there is a bike shop for purchase and rental. I suggest using the Clearwater Jolley Trolley for a fun and unique way to see Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and the surrounding Coastal Towns of North Pinellas, including Downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Historic Sponge Docks- Tarpon Springs.

Summary: This location is close to everything - walking distance to downtown Dunedin, walking trails, restaurants and the American Legion. The condo was small, but clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a restaurant on the premises. The pool was clean with plenty of seating and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return for a longer stay!

Summary: We enjoyed this small condo, close to everything. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk daily to watch the Blue Jays. The Pinellas Trail was awesome and much enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed this experience. We will return.

Summary: Location was Great! Condo was exactly how it is listed. The unit was clean, beautiful view of the water from the side balcony and close to everything. The tiki bar ( Marker 8) was great and bartender was friendly! The sunset was beautiful!! May the host was great to work with! Can't wait to come to the area again.

Summary: We had a nice stay here, the place was clean and good location. May is a good host, coffee maker wasn't working and she bought one over the next day. My only disappointment was that this is advertised as a condo which makes me think it's got different rooms when actually it's a hotel room with a kitchenette. We had a very nice stay here and enjoyed ourselves.
