The kitchen Island with 2 bar stools is a great place to sit and work on your laptop. If working isn’t in your plans it’s a prime spot to eat a home cooked meal or enjoy take out from a local eatery. The queen size bed has a pillow top mattress and is plush and inviting. Large closets are a great feature for storing your belongings out of the way. Summary: This property is as described and pictured. What you can’t see in the pictures is how perfectly clean it is. Immaculate. The location can’t be beat. Communication and instructions were excellent. Yes, there was bar noise. The listing and previous reviews prepared me for this, so I brought earplugs and headphones to use to fall asleep. If you’re the type to want to walk steps to your bed after a fun night of live music, this is your place!

Summary: Extremely clean and well kept property in the heart of Dunedin. Walkable to TD Ballpark and lots of great restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Loved this location!

Summary: This property was a great find. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of everything downtown Dunedin has to offer. Parking was never an issue, and the host ensured I had everything I needed. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Summary: This property is right in the heart of everything in Dunedin. Great Restaurants, night life, shopping. Short drive to the state park beach. Also relatively close to a lot of Tampa St Pete attractions. The property itself is decorated beautifully and was immaculately clean. I would stay here again when in the area.

Summary: We live south of Tampa, just wanted to get away for couple days for our anniversary. The studio was great. The location worked out for us to check in and walk around town for restaurants and other venues. The studio apartment was clean, with all the amenities we needed. Thank you to our host, they did a great job.

Summary: Property was very clean and big enough for one or two people. Home away from home. Loved everything but loud music until 3am was inconvenient Friday and Saturday night. That information was communicated prior to my stay. I would definitely stay there again Sunday through Thursday. PS. Needs new bed pillows.

Summary: Location, cleanliness, amenities, comfort, safety - all of it was Perfect! Everything we could possibly need was already in the unit! The owners were so quick to respond to all of my inquiries! There were even beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. I loved being in the middle of downtown. After a beautiful beach day, we were able to easily enjoy food & drinks and have an incredibly restful and comfortable sleep. I also didn’t find that you could hear too much of what was going on outside within the unit! Thank you so much!
