Summary: The communications and staff were excellent! My rating of 3 stars is that although the condo itself was fine, the amenities for a beach vacation were lacking. It had beautiful views, however, you would not want to swim in the bay water (hot/dirty). The pool loungers did not have umbrellas, only the dining tables. So if you wanted to spend your day at the pool or beach, you would have to be exposed to the sun. Ended up having to buy day passes at other beach resorts to have our beach experience, which was the purpose of our trip.

Summary: We had a great time. The condo was clean and quiet, and right on the water! We saw dolphins from the balcony. There were plenty of restaurants within 15 minutes and 15 minutes to sanibel island!
