Newly remodeled private pool 4/2 canal waterfront home with relaxing dock, private, single family house located in East Orlando, Florida close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Siemens, Lockheed Martin, Rollins College, Full Sail University, Central Florida Research Park, Quadrangle, major attractions such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios and world famous beaches. Gorgeous updated kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Master suite has a door to the pool deck and an outdoor shower. Huge walk in shower and closet.
The family room area comes with a 65" Flat Panel TV, and a 42" flat panel TV is in the living room. The Master has a 32" flat panel TV.
This single story ranch house located in East Orlando is very close to the University of Central Florida (UCF), Rollins College, Valencia Community College, Winter Park, and all the major attractions, highways and beaches.

Summary: Celebrated a UCF Graduate. The layout of the house was perfect with two different living spaces, large table for cards/games and the pool area was beautiful and big enough for all of us to gather and swim.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this rental! Our group of 8 friends came to the area for Daytona Bike Week, and this home made our vacation even more enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind together after long days out, and also a great space to gather in the mornings before heading out. The house was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone — both indoors and outdoors. The dining room table fit all 8 of us for meals, and we loved spending time on the beautiful patio and pool area, which also had a table large enough for our whole group. The home was well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

Summary: John is a great host and his home met all of our expectations. He is quick to answer any questions and is very responsive to addressing any issues. Close to great golf and many other things. Don't miss the Morse museum in Winter Park if you like Tiffany art pieces. It's free admission on Fridays Nov through April. House was clean and just what we needed. Fully stocked and then some. Won't hesitate to book again when in the area.

Summary: Stayed here for the day prior to and following my best friends wedding! It was the perfect place to relax and have a sweet sleepover with my closest pals. Check in and check out was a breeze and they left a few snacks for us which was so kind. I highly recommend :)side note and unrelated to the host, the neighbor was very friendly but a little too curious about what us girls were doing. he was walking around in his underwear outside in broad daylight. a few girls were a little uncomfortable with the interaction but nothing happened after the one occurrence.
