This contemporary/executive style ranch with open floor plan has a resort feel, with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, equipped with central air conditioning. Situated on 1.25 acres with front and back patios, 6 person hot tub, 24 foot above ground pool with large deck, walking trails with tennis & a pickel ball court as well as an a large open yard for entertainment. All beds will be made upon your arrival as well as having all bathing and beach towels available. Bring only your personal items and food! The bedroom setup is as follows:
1) Master bedroom with king-sized bed and en suite.
2) Queen sized bed with access to shared bathroom
3) Queen sized bed with access to shared bathroom
4) Two twin beds with access to shared bathroom
Bathrooms include:
1) Master en suite
2) Shared walk in shower hall bathroom
3) Half bath with washer/dryer
Our property includes a 24 foot above ground pool with attached deck, enclosed outside shower, and fire pit.
We are located just over a mile from the beach, on a private dead-end street with minimal car traffic. Your rental will include beach access, in addition to private gated beach parking with bathroom access. Crib, ports , high chair & booster available

Awesome restaurants such as Coast Guard house, Matunuck Oster bar, Chop house Restaurant and many more to choose from.
- Green Hill Park is .5 miles away, with tennis courts, basketball courts, play-scapes, open space and walking paths.
- For nature enthusiasts, both Trustom Pond and Ninigret National Wildlife Refuges are within a 10-minute drive.
- Historic Theater by the Sea is available nearby for your entertainment. This property is
30 minutes from Watchill in Westerly, Mystic Aquarium, Roger Williams Park Zoo, both Foxwoods & Mohegan's Sun casinos, Newport mansions with tours, Boat shows & the annual Jazz festival, high speed ferry transportation to Block Island, 12 minutes to Kingston Train station.
- A town beach pass is also included in your rental providing access to , South Kingstown Town Beach, Blue Shutters Beach.
A washer and dryer will be available for use, in addition to an outside clothes line. Bed linens and towels are included for your convenience.
Beach supplies and yard games are available for your enjoyment. This includes:

• bocce ball
• corn hole
We only rent weekly in the high summer season (7 nights minimum) from Friday to Friday (3:00 PM Check-in and 11:00 AM Checkout). Why Friday to Friday? This gives you an entire weekend to enjoy the beach without having to worry about checking in and out.
This is the home we live in - we ask that you be mindful of our neighbors, and careful with our belongings. Our personal items will be removed for your stay. No pets at this time.

Summary: The layout worked well for our group with one bedroom (master+en suite) on one side of the house and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side of the house. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to hang out, prep meals, and relax. Visiting the beach was great with the parking pass. It was also nice to be able to swim in the pool. The hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with. We had a great stay and wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation rental. The house was immaculate and provided all the amenities our family needed. The outdoor space was fantastic having the pool, fire pit, large yard, outdoor shower and plenty of seating! We would definitely rent this home again in the future.

Summary: This house is a resort! The interior is extremely roomy and comfortable, with all the things you need, just like home. The outside space is just as nice, with a large patio area, beautiful pool, and a very large yard for outdoor games. It's so nice it's sometimes difficult to leave it to go to the beach! Lynn is a great host, thanks so much!

Summary: House had everything we needed for a long weekend away. Plenty of space, easy access to a beautiful beach and a beautiful yard. Although it rained much of out getaway we enjoyed our time away and took advantage of the amenities at every opportunity. Lynn was very responsive.

Summary: This spacious house offered enough room for our extended family with an easy flow from the kitchen, living room, dining room & den. We especially enjoyed the deck by the pool with large umbrella coverage during the hot days. And on the cooler days, the hot tub was the perfect answer. There were also thoughtful touches from the owner like welcoming basket of local information, extra toothbrushes etc and games. It was the conveniences of a hotel stay with a feeling of home!

Summary: We visit R.I. every year, usually renting a house for my sons families and grand kid's. It makes a large group and that makes it difficult to find a place to stay comfortably. This property was a wonderful match! The house was plenty large enough for all of us. The kids could sit at the extended island and adults at the large dinning room table so meals went well. The pool is easy access off the back patio, so we could keep an eye on all the kids, and they really enjoyed running around the big yard. The outdoor shower was a blessing when we returned from the beach and even when we were getting everyone ready to go out on our excursions! The beach was new to us and fun to explore but the hit was definitely the hot pool aka hot tub according to both the grandkids and adults! Very enjoyable week! Thank you for opening your home to us.
