Summary: Stayed here with our extended family of 6 while visiting our son who attends URI. Amazing location right on the beach with great restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed watching the surfers each morning with my cup of coffee. Place was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this house.

Summary: Wonderful beach house for vacation with our adult family. The beach house was immaculate and had all the amenities as described. Terrific location and the deck opening right onto the beach was perfect. No worries with the pub and ocean mist nearby - great to play trivia and get a quick bite to eat without bothering your sleep. Highly recommend this rental property.
