Welcome to our spacious beach compound! The house is located 15 minutes from LAX and only about 4 miles to the beach. Close to freeways and metro station. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood the property is a perfect way to enjoy your stay in LA.
The newly constructed main house consists of 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a detached 500 sq ft guest house with small kitchen and private bath.
The main house master bed room has an on suite custom design bathroom with shower. Main bathroom has an oversized soaking tub to relax after a long day.
Main living space is an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings with a custom a custom kitchen. Each bedroom is comfortably decorated for restful stay. Rentals are only available for no less than 30 days.

Summary: We have 7 adults and 3 children. Space was cozy! Beautiful kitchen but refrigerator not big enough. Location was adequate! About 15 min to Manhattan Beach. Backyard with pool and deck marvelous!

Summary: The stay itself was great. Comfortable beds, beautiful home, GORGEOUS backyard. Slept our 10 comfortably. We had a few challenges with the new refrigerator but the owner was prompt with a cooler and ice and there was a back up in the guest house. He also offered a credit. Suggestions would be leaving a little more information on Check-in, how to work the TV, Spa, etc.. otherwise, AN AMAZING VACATION!!!

Summary: We were looking for a house to share with a group of friends. I wanted to make sure everyone who was not a couple had their own bedroom, and the four bedrooms in the main house and the bedroom/studio by the pool was perfect. Main house has one master with a king bed, two bedrooms with queens and one room with two twin beds. Pool house has a queen bed and a second small kitchen. We used the grill, used the indoor kitchen and spent some time all together in the house. After a long drive we just wanted to hang out, so we made dinner. Almost everything we needed was available in the kitchen. Seating was a little tight with only room for four at the dining table, so we used some seating in the living room. Plenty of outdoor seating but it was just a little too cold. The pool was already heated so a few people went in the pool and Jacuzzi. Used the kitchen and grill again for lunch after hanging out at the beach and grabbing a few more groceries. Location was awesome to get to the beach. Pretty close to highways so nothing was really that far away. Pictures didn't do the house justice, so if you are considering, book it. We spent a lot of time around both fire pits and around the bar by the grill, but seating by the pool was utilized most. A few things might have made this review less than 5 stars, but the price made it able to look past a few small repairs needed, lack of hanging closet space in some rooms and peanut (next door dog who was much more vocal after the people next door left for the day). They were around on the weekend so barking was minimal but after they left Monday it was constant. Keep in mind only one bathroom for three bedrooms to share, but really didn't seem to be a problem for us.
