Positive: It was a nice, gated community - quiet and plenty of parking.
Negative: The bed is very (very) uncomfortable - saggy (not just soft, but saggy). The chair at the desk was not really suitable for sitting and working. The couch was worn and also very saggy. But worst was the misinformation. I booked using Booking.com but the host called to say the credit card processing failed (it didn't - booking.com just hold the payment until the stay in case of cancellation I guess - it was refundable) but the host called and wanted me to pay off the booking.com platform due to 'payment issues'. Of course I suspected this to be a scam as I had the booking.com confirmation and never have problems paying on platform. It wasn't a scam really, but it was disingenuous - close to a lie - by the host. They just wanted the money earlier than booking.com were prepared to release it I suspect. I did book for over$4k of accommodation and it was a number of weeks before my stay, so it was a lot of money.
