Our cottage is ideally located in the center of Colmar, in a quiet street adjacent to the pedestrian streets.
The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old house with independent access which gives it great tranquility. We have completely renovated to offer modern services and qualities.
With an area of 85m2 on the ground, you will have a large bedroom, a large living room, a toilet and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
The most is the garage (vehicles less than 40m long ex Golf, Mégane, Giuletta, Focus, 308, Ds ...) independent located below the apartment with direct access from the inside. Everything is thought to make you feel at home!

Summary: The VRBO in Colmar was in a perfect location to enjoy the Christmas markets! Garage was convenient for parking! More specific GPS info would have helped us locate the apt more easily! Be prepared for lots of stairs up to apt and then to bedroom! Recommend!

Summary: The communication with the owner was most responsive and supportive, the appartement in modern elegance and comfortable perfection, the garage did perfectly fit for our 4,32m car. The location right at the rim of the old town and every place is just minutes away in walking distance from all the interesting places and the vivid old town. Pure pleasure, and happily again.

Summary: The property was even lovelier than the pictures and was spotlessly clean. Patrick was wonderful to deal with. He answered all my inquiries through VRBO almost immediately. We ended up being an hour later arriving than we had anticipated due to an accident on the highway and he was there waiting for us with a smile. He showed us all around the apartment and had lots of materials there to advise travelers of restaurants, things to do, etc. We arrived by car and the garage at this flat is a wonderful convenience, as it is attached. Colmar is lovely and the Kut'zig Hop-On Hop-Off Route du Vin wine bus (info at tourist center) is a bargain and saves having to drive and park at all the villages. This flat is in a very walkable location with shops and restaurants close by. Colmar is small enough to be navigable but large enough to have lots to see and do. If you sleep with the windows open, you'll hear the trash truck coming by about 6 am but if you close the windows, you won't hear a thing. Our deposit was refunded in a timely manner as well. Would stay here again!!

Summary: Great location but because of it being close to everything there is a lot of street noise. It’s on the 3rd floor up a spiral staircase. It’s very comfortable and the garage is a great feature

Summary: All e-messages to the property’s host Patrick were promptly answered. We were asked to give him 30 minutes notice of our driving ETA and were met at the property by his charming parents (it was a workday for Patrick) who enthusiastically welcomed us and gave us a brief overview of the neighborhood after showing us around the property and parking our rental car in the adjoining garage (a real convenience!!). We enjoyed the spacious layout of the 2-floor loft and slept well on the exceptionally comfortable bed. The central location was terrific for being able to walk to many sightseeing spots, green spaces and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Patrick left many pamphlets for suggestions to tour and eat. His gracious wife Sabrina came by precisely at the the time we requested on the morning of our departure so that we could return the garage opener and keys. We would highly recommend this wonderful property to anyone interested in staying in the central part of beautiful Colmar!

Summary: We stayed 4 nights in this nice and clean apartment. Everything was new and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The free wifi ws really good. Patrick had a lot of information about Colmar and this apartment is located in the middle of the centre of Colmar. Most of the France people don't speak a lot of English but Patrick was really good. I will definitely come back in a couple of years to relax in the apartment and explore more in the Alsace.

Summary: The appartment is a wonderful mix between old on the outside, modern on the inside. You can park your car under the appartment and take the stairs up. You enter the appartment in a beautiful, fully acuipped kitchen with everything you need in it. There's a small table where you can sit perfectly to have breakfast or dinner. The livingroom is also very modern with a big flatscreen (smart)tv and a nice couch. If you look outside the window you see a beautiful little street with the famous beautiful Colmar houses. If you take the stairs you get into the sleeping room with an open bathroom. The bathroom is very pretty, modern with a rainshower but has no doors. No problem, but we do like a little privacy when we go to the toilet and that's impossible because it's the only toilet in the house. The bed looks wonderfull but was unfortunately way to hard for the both of us so we slept downstairs on the couch (you can turn that into a bed). There are a lot of people who prefer a firm bed but we didn't like it. We had a little problem with the electricity but when we let the owner know he took care of it immediately. We really like the appartment, i would recommend it to friends (who love a hard bed;-)!) because of how beautiful and new it is and because of the location. Thanks for having us Patrick!
