Positive: I am thankful for being able to book a night's stay a day before I needed to stay . I am from Louisiana born and raised in Shreveport. I hadn't been back since my mom's unexpected passing March 2024. This cute cozy duplex looks exactly like the pictures showing on website . It's adorable just like the host Nonie who gave me a tour of the duplex I have access to. She has a mini fridge stock with water, cokes and dr pepper. I personally only interested in the bottle water. In the dining area she has a tea and coffee ☕️ station . Guests can help themself to flavored coffee per her keurig coffee maker . I get to sleep 😴 comfortably in a king size bed . Nonie gave me permission to adjust the a/c . When I arrived it was set at 70 too chilly for me increased it to 77 and have the ceiling fan in the bedroom on. I highly recommend a stay at Nonie's spot nice safe neighborhood 👍🏽.

Positive: We enjoyed what felt like a 1930’s home and reminisced about my friend’s Grandma and Grandpa’s house which was so similar, except this one has a nice large bathroom! Loved the antiques , the coffee bar, comfortable bed, and the rounded driveway!
Negative: The kitchen area was locked off, but Nonie, the owner, still stocked a small fridge with drinks and waters. That’s all we needed.
Summary: The home was great for our needs… we were in town for a concert.

Positive: Amazing host. She was nice and welcoming. The property was absolutely beautiful. It was a quiet place, got great rest. It was exceptionally clean. Will definitely be coming back!
