Originally the Olympic Space, which operated until the 1960s, the building has been beautifully transformed to its former Scandinavian glory - fused with modern touches and everyday conveniences. Rent the entire hotel and find yourself with an unbeatable locale - stroll to trendy shops, historic sites, and not-to-miss establishments like Sully's Bakery and Valhöll Brewing. There is also shopping in Silverdale and cafes on Bainbridge Island. A lobby upon entry is perfect for gathering or conversation between outings.
Composed of all nine suites on a single level, each room presents a stylish and sophisticated space with sage green walls, a unique design, and thoughtful touches. Each room provides a convenient kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and coffee maker. Two of the suites feature a living area with a queen sofa bed, one has a queen sofa bed, and a handful of the suites offer a desk setup. Summary: The hotel was super clean and the instructions for the hotel were great. There was little mention of the restaurant being connected to the hotels lobby. There was no mention that there might be people coming in and out that way, that would have been a great heads up. Also, there is a natural gas smell that comes from the kitchen which would have been covered if there were more details about how connected the restaurant is to the hotel.

Summary: We rented the whole hotel (9 rooms) for our wedding guests. The staff did a good job ensuring all rooms were ready with beds and sofa beds made up, and provided extra linens upon request. Some rooms are close to the allocated bathroom while others you have to walk down the hallway a bit. The code to the outside is the same for all interior rooms, might be nice to have unique room codes in the future.

Summary: We had a localized 2-day team event for our company and rented the entire hotel for the event. The rooms were very cute, and comfortable, and they were all a little different! Both the community area inside and the outside patio were perfect for gathering as a large group, and the larger rooms were great for hosting smaller groups comfortably. The location was absolutely unbeatable. At the end of one of the main streets in downtown Historic Paulsbo, it was both quiet and out of the way, but only a block or two away from coffee shops, restaurants, shops, bars and the waterfront. Would recommend this space for any small team-building events, reunions, or other gatherings.
