4 Bedroom Villa in Licciana Nardi

Built around an original farmhouse, Villa La Braja is large independent villa with spacious air conditioned bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, comfortable for large families or 2 smaller families. Set in a quite hamlet, its private pool and terraces overlook the beautiful Apuane mountains to the south and the Apennines to the north. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing as the sun goes down before eating 'al fresco'. A wood fired pizza oven and gas BBQ are a big hit with our guests. Villa La Braja's large kitchen is very well equipped with American fridge-freezer, ice maker, coffee machine and beautifully presented. The luxury accommodation is ideal for families or couples.
The surrounding area has scenic walks, cycle paths and mountain hikes. Explore the territory on an E-bike or book a guided tour of the Cinque Terre. Walk around the ancient walls of Lucca or visit a colourful market.
Our accommodation is flexible - all bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and air conditioning:

Built around the original stone farmhouse, it now has modern facilities within its own landscaped garden, pool and lawn area. It on the edge of a small borgo (hamlet) in the beautiful region known as Lunigiana.
There is a boule (bocce) court which is ideal for all ages, and vegetable garden to pick whatever you would like for your meals. At certain times of the year a private chef is available.

Summary: The Villa is simply stunning and even nicer than the photographs portray. The accommodation is gorgeous and extremely well appointed and maintained. The pool area, gardens (including vegetables to pick), boule court, bbq and pizza oven were all fabulous and really enhanced the whole experience. The views are quite amazing and genuinely breathtaking, whilst the local village is quaint and interesting! We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!!

Summary: Our family stayed in this beautiful villa in the mountains of Tuscany in July 2024. The villa fully lived up to the description and even more. The villa is well arranged and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are absolutely unique. The terrace and pool area invite to cozy gatherings, and the view over the mountains is breathtaking. With access to the kitchen garden you can prepare dinner with fresh ingredients, and the pizza oven offers the opportunity to make pizza in true Italian style. A car is necessary because of the distance to shopping and other amenities. All communication with the landlord was easy, and the way we were received at the villa was good and informative.

Summary: We were two families (4 adults and 4 children). On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Louise. After a brief tour of the house, our holiday was ready to begin. We really enjoyed everything about the house, the location and the surroundings! Everything just looks so lovely and peaceful. The equipment of the house, especially the kitchen, left nothing to be desired. Our barbecue-loving men also got their money's worth. 😄 The pool is gorgeous and has an unusual shape inside. Even the little ones can splash around in the elongated entrance area. The one thing that was certainly an exception was the cleanliness in the corners. We spotted some things here and there. In general, it's a beautiful house (inside and outside) in the middle of a wonderful area!
