Summary: Location was close to downtown and the house was nice. It is on a busy street. Large backyard with a fire pit and grill. Only issue we ran into was it stared garage parking available on the listing but upon arrival, garage was not available for parking. Would absolutely stay again as communication with host and check in was easy and great!

Summary: This house is clean, spacious and has A/C which yes it’s needed in Colorado during the day in the summer months. It is located on a somewhat busy street but it was not noisy and the backyard was an added bonus. Simple check in and check out details were sent the morning of check in. We will definitely be back again.

Summary: Good location. Good communication from the owner. We only stayed for 2 days here, which was a mistake. We should of been here our whole trip. Easily housed our family of 5. Our kids loved the vibe of the early 1900s home, had fun playing hide and seek and exploring the charm of the home. Would stay again

Summary: Super cute and cozy. Better than expected even from the photos. 15 minute walk to downtown restaurants and 15 minute drive to the Blue Arena Event Center. Hot water with great pressure. Keurig with coffee and cream. It was in the 90s outside but the A/C was amazing and kept the place very cool even at 72 degrees. Fenced in little back yard area for the doggo and chairs for catching some early morning rays. All the silverware and cookware you need and then some. Modern washer and dryer. Clean fridge and high end dishwasher work garbage disposal. Boys really loved their rooms, and my wife was perfectly pleased (not an easy task). Living room very cozy. Will be back next year! This is an adorable little gem so if you're in Loveland be sure to stay. You won't be disappointed.
