Situated in the charming Village of Highland Falls less than a mile from West Point, 5 miles from Bear Mountain State Park, and only 15 minutes from the Woodbury Premium Outlets, this listing has something for everyone. There is room for the whole family in this recently restored brick home build in the 1930's and restored in early 2020. Rare to the area this home has ample parking and three full bathrooms!
This home is situated on three floors. The top floor has two bedrooms (queen & double bed), the master bathroom, and an office (with an air mattress). The main floor has two more bedrooms (queen & twin), full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room. The basement is a large entertaining space equipped with movie projector and sound system, snack pantry, hot and cold drinks, dining space, full bathroom, laundry area, and rustic bunk room (four twin beds). (Please note that the basement is unfinished space, with concrete floors covered in outdoor rugs. It is an optional space to use, as it is not a finished floor of the house.) The custom built back patio has a table with six chairs, umbrella, and four comfortable lounging chairs with coffee tables.

Summary: Stayed for the opening West Point football game. Perfect location! Very comfortable home. Lots of amenities. Owners were quick to respond. Highly recommend!!! Go Army!

Summary: Booking with this host was last minute as a prior host canceled 24 hours prior. We planned a friends gathering of 11 people and had no place to go. I stumbled on this gem and was hopeful they accepted my booking. With in 15 minutes the host replied and asked I give him an hour to try and pull together a cleaning team. Before the hour I received another message saying it was a go and check in information was sent right away. On arrival the outside of the home was beautiful, but initially parking was a little confusing as we had multiple cars. I did call the host to make sure I was following the map that was provided correctly and he did answer right away. On entrance of the home, I could tell right away that it was clean and had a fresh smell. I explored the home to pick my room and all beds were very comfortable. Bed sheets and linens were also very clean. I also really liked the house plants throughout the home. I high recommend this host and appreciate that he saved our weekend. Vicky from Connecticut

Summary: Clean, well-maintained, and beautiful property with sufficient room for my large family while attending my daughter's wedding at West Point. Joshua was a superb host with detailed instructions and consistent communications before and during our stay. Additionally, his flexibility was appreciated when our plans changed after booking. Highly recommend you consider this property when visiting the West Point/Highland Falls area.

Summary: It was a great house for 5 adults and room for more!. Plenty of room. Joshua had someone come and shovel snow and ice for us. So relaxing. We would return here and have already suggested it to people who will need a place for next year for WP graduation.

Summary: Absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully renovated 1925 house! The owners have done an amazing job of preserving the charm and character of the original architecture while also adding modern amenities. The house was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and taking in the picturesque view. The location is perfect - just a short distance to West Point USMA. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!
