Positive: The kitchen and living area have been renovated and were very nice and useable.
Negative: As mentioned in other reviews, it needs a really good clean. There was dust on all the blinds and in the toilet area, making everything feel a bit dirty. Also there were cobwebs on the ceiling in the living area. Some small fixes would have out stay a bit more comfortable, eg a door on the third bedroom and fixing the toilet roll holder (instead of having the toilet roll on the floor).
Summary: Nice deck, large three bedroom home near the centre of Rockhampton, but could be cleaner.

Positive: The location, amenities, fit ours needs perfectly. The pool was a great addition and our kids loved it!
Negative: Whilst overall it was amazing, it could definitely do with a more thorough clean everywhere. Vents, under beds and furniture were dusty. Some designated BBQ items would also be beneficial.
Summary: Overall was a lovely time and fit our needs, just needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

Positive: This is a whole house, with 3 bedrooms. The bed in the main bedroom was super comfy with plenty of pillows for the 2 of us, the shower was over the bath but had great water pressure and a laundry (which is always useful!) Outside is a huge undercover deck with a BBQ and seating areas. The deck has been enclosed with pool type glass fencing so you have a great view of the pool which looks like a cutdown container and was great to fall into a few times! Parking is on street only. It was a pleasant surprise to find some treats left for us and some bottled water in the fridge. Thanks for the stay, guys!
Negative: Location is good, the house is lovely but is looking a little tired with some TLC needed to paintwork etc. A manual for the oven would be terrific!

Positive: Central location, kids could cool off in the pool, wifi, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, quiet street, AC in all bedrooms and living areas. Owner was very polite and friendly 😊 Just needed to bring ourselves, clothing and food.

Positive: It was clean, spacious and secure. It was in a perfect location with a few pubs, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. It was truly dog friendly and the hosts were lovely and very responsive to messages.

Positive: Location was great. Very easy to find. PIN lock was easy to use. Kitchen was very well presented, stocked with a few extra necessities and easy to use. Fridge was awesome!
Negative: Overall the house could have been a little cleaner. Dirt and dust around skirting boards, behind beds, deck was feeling greasy and the living room cushions did not feel clean. The third bedroom did not have a door which made privacy in that room an issue. None of the beds were made with a top sheet. All 5 of us found that to be non-acceptable and very uncomfortable to sleep.
Summary: It was very convenient and mostly comfortable so we would stay there again.
