Retreat to Norris View located in the Finger Lakes Region. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is well equipped for your family vacation. With 12 secluded acres to explore, a saltwater pool, a new hot tub, a pond, fruit trees, a basketball hoop, and a large yard your group will stay entertained. Nestled on a hilltop overlooking a beautiful valley this is the perfect home to have a seat outside while enjoying your favorite NY wine.
The interior of the home features 3 bedrooms and a game room. The master suite is located down the hall on the left-hand side and features a king-size bed and a newly remodeled bathroom. Beyond the master is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, dresser, and a great view of the woods. Beyond the 2nd bedroom, the 3rd bedroom features 2 twin-size beds and across the hall, you will find the game room. The utility room has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Step into this large modern kitchen that opens to the dining and living room for a true hostess experience. This floorplan allows you to entertain while cooking up some of your favorite dishes using local produce sold all around the area. Time your vacation perfectly to harvest apples from the property to bake up an apple pie.
Located between the Keuka and Seneca Lake Wine Trails, 30 minutes or less to Taughannock Falls, Buttermilk Falls, Watkins Glen State Park, Penn Yan, Hammondsport, and Keuka Lake State Park you are sure to find a little something for everybody in your group.
This home offers so much to do inside and out. It has quickly become a guest favorite with a 5-star rating.
When booking the property, we require a valid email address to send your rental agreement to, as well as a copy of the reservation holder's valid identification. To rent from Between the Lakes Vacation Rental, the reservation holder must be at least 25 years old.We look forward to hosting your stay.

2. Bathing suits only in the swimming pool no colored T-shirts no denim shorts.
3. We do not provide beach towels you will need to supply your own. Please do not take our white linens to the pool.

5. Check-in is at 4 PM checkout is at 10 AM.. due to the volume and the time it takes to turn over this Home we cannot allow for early check-in’s in the busy season

Summary: The house was very easy to find and central to many destinations in the Finger Lakes area. The pool and hot tub were clean and we had fun in both. Lots of space for the 4 of us to hang out (we were there as the remnants of a hurricane came through and dropped nearly 3 inches of rain in less than a day). We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Five deer greeted us as we pulled up the driveway. The sound of birds surrounded the place. All kinds of wildlife filled the woods. We allowed our service dog to run happily through the field (he was on vacation, too). The house was central to several places we were visiting, Corning, Hammondsport, relative's, Windmill Market, Oak Hill (get the cranberry relish) etc. Deborah and her husband were great hosts. Would definitely recommend it.

Summary: First our hostess was absolutely fantastic! Immediately responded to texts and went above and beyond. The house is great! Complete renovation, modern with a rustic feel. A hundred little things to service guests. Eg labels on the cupboards letting you know what’s in them. Kitchen well equipped, very comfortable beds. So peaceful, quiet, but for you gear heads, if you walk outside you can faintly hear the roar of motors from the speedway. Couldn’t hear it in the house. The outside space is really great, covered for those rainy days but some out under the sky for nice days. Huge yard. Pictures are accurate except the bedrooms are bigger than the pictures show. Living space is all opened, plus a play room in the back of the house for kids, furnished with a full closet of really great toys for various ages. We absolutely would stay here again.
