The comfy cottage is presented as a step back in time, where you can listen to your LPs, cassettes, and video tapes. Furniture and fittings are retro and designed to create flashbacks to a bygone era.

Summary: My work team enjoyed their stay at the property. The kitchen utensils etc needed to be washed before we could use anything. Other than that a nice tidy Home.

Summary: We stayed at the Retro Cottage straight after Christmas for 8 nights. Very tidy property right in the heart of Opotiki. Property was exactly as shown/described - it is a little bit of kiwi suburbia, but cute. Pleasant stay. Enjoyed 4 good rounds of golf at the Opotiki Golf club, lots of good walks, trips to Ohope. Understand now that the property is not for pets, which is good, a it was not fenced and the dogs are BIG in Opotiki. Communication was clear/fast. Lovely little spot for a few days.
