Positive: It is very close to shopping street. We had some doubts about the location and its safety beforehand, but when we arrived, we realized that the place was exactly where they had indicated and that it was safe. Since it was our first time renting a apartment instead of a hotel, we were a bit nervous about the check-in process, but it turned out to be very easy.
Negative: It was a bit small for three people. Once we placed our suitcases, we had to climb over them to move around. For this reason, we had to fold and unfold the third bed every morning. But overall, it was still good.

Negative: The room was a lot smaller than what we saw in pictures, and even though it had everything that was promised (laundry machine, bathtub, balcony, kitchen), it was extremely tight and after a while it was uncomfortable

Negative: Room Windows had no curtains except for balcony door. Room was bright as early as 5 am.

Positive: Great location and very easy communication with the host. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a short stay.
Negative: There was a persistent drain-like smell from the bathroom, so the room needed regular ventilation. The shower curtain was quite long and discoloured at the bottom—likely due to it not drying properly. Also, many fittings were positioned low, so if you’re over 5’10”, you’ll need to watch your head.

Positive: Pros: - Good location. You are close to cafes, a 7-11 and the main shopping districts/restaurants. - Good amount of space - Check-in wasn’t that difficult despite it being self-check in. - They even let you store your luggage in your room if you get there early. - Minimalistic, modern-traditional interior with tatami mats, and kitchen area. Bed set up was nice as it gives you that ryokan-like feel but in a modern apartment. Cons: - Washing machine is broken. We were trying to do laundry. I normally pre-wash my undergarments and socks before throwing them in the wash. We followed the instructions in the manual but something was wrong with the faucet. I had to hand wash everything again and hang them out to dry. What’s weird is that despite having the laundry hang outside all day they were still damp the next day (the apartment itself is very dry) - Communication with staff wasn’t great. I tried to get someone to come look at the washing machine for me but they kept dodging the question and only asked me to send videos/photos. It would’ve been way more efficient to send someone up. Apparently they tried to send someone but I told them I would be out by a certain time (which I’ve mentioned repeatedly in the chat). - There was mildew at the bottom of the shower curtains. - There was a faint whiff of urine in the bathroom. - There were urine stains under the toilet seat. - Very faint stains on bedsheets. - Lots of dust and very dry. We would wake up with dry nostrils and congestion.

Positive: The apartment was perfect! Location couldn't have been better: easy to go to the main sightseeing spots and subway station was close. Apartment was clean and spacious for two, and it also had a nice japanese vibe to it. Convinience store was just around the corner.
