We are 9 minutes from Texas Tech, 5 minutes from South Plains Mall, about 2 minutes from United Grocery Store. From our location with easy access to the loop (minus the noise as you are several blocks away) you can get to pretty much anywhere in Lubbock in 10-15 minutes. The South Side is one of the most peaceful and safe places in town! Milwaukee road (about 5 minutes away) also boasts a ton of culinary choices and a great Walmart! For HEB lovers, its just shy of 10 minutes away as well!
